Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how to cancel your enrolment with UX Gym by UX Anudeep, operated by SKANUVI EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, and when a cancellation results in a refund. Please read it before you enrol. When you make a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this policy.
1. Your Right to Cancel
You may cancel your enrolment in any UX Gym program at any time. Cancellation is the act of ending your enrolment and giving up access to the program, community, and any bonus resources. Whether your cancellation results in a refund depends on the eligibility rules in Sections 3 and 4 below.
We do not lock you into any contract. You can walk away whenever you want. The refund you receive after cancellation depends on when you cancel and what you have already used.
2. How to Cancel Your Enrolment
To cancel, email us at hi@uxanudeep.com with the subject line:
"Cancellation Request – [Your Full Name] – [Program Name]"
Include the following in your message:
Your full name as on the enrolment
The email ID used at the time of enrolment
The program name and cohort start date
Razorpay transaction ID or payment reference
The reason for cancellation (helpful but optional)
Once we receive your cancellation request, we will:
Acknowledge your request within 2-4 business days
Confirm the cancellation in writing
Revoke your access to the learning platform, community, recordings, and bonus resources
Calculate your refund eligibility based on Section 3 and Section 4
Communicate the final refund amount to you in writing before processing
Cancellation, once confirmed by us, is final. Reinstating a cancelled enrolment is at our discretion and may require fresh payment.
You can also cancel by writing to the registered office address listed in Section 12, but email is faster and is our recommended channel.
3. Refund Eligibility After Cancellation
You are eligible for a full refund if all of the following conditions are met at the time of your cancellation request:
The cancellation request is raised within 7 calendar days of your enrolment date
You have not attended any live session (orientation or onboarding calls do not count)
You have not redeemed any bonus resource, tool access, voucher, template, or partner benefit
Your account is in good standing and not under investigation for piracy or account sharing
If you have redeemed a bonus resource but meet all other conditions, a partial refund may be issued. We will deduct the fair market value of the redeemed bonus and share the calculation with you before processing.
4. When a Cancellation Does Not Lead to a Refund
A cancellation will still be honoured in any of the situations below, but no refund will be issued:
More than 7 calendar days have passed since your enrolment, even if the program has not started
You have attended one or more live sessions
You have redeemed any bonus resource, tool access, voucher, or partner benefit
You enrolled under a discount, scholarship, or early-bird offer marked as non-refundable
The program has been completed
The cancellation is for change of mind, schedule conflict, or personal reasons after the 7-day window
In any of these cases, your cancellation simply ends your access to the program. No fees are returned.
5. If UX Gym Cancels a Program
If we cancel an entire program without offering a rescheduled alternative, you will receive a 100% refund of the fees paid. This is unconditional and is processed within 7 to 10 business days of the cancellation announcement, even if the standard 7-day window has passed.
6. If UX Gym Postpones or Reschedules
If we postpone a program, you keep full access to the rescheduled program at no extra cost. No refund is issued for a change in start date or schedule alone.
If the rescheduled date is more than 21 days after the original start date, you may write to hi@uxanudeep.com to discuss your options on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to session structure, module sequencing, tools covered, or specific instructors are part of our commitment to keep improving the program and do not count as grounds for cancellation with refund.
7. Duplicate and Failed Payments
Duplicate payment: If you accidentally pay twice, we will refund the extra payment in full within 7 to 10 business days. Write to hi@uxanudeep.com with both transaction IDs. You do not need to formally cancel in this case, only flag the duplicate.
Payment deducted but enrolment not confirmed: Write to us within 48 hours with your transaction ID, screenshot of the debit, and registered email. We will coordinate with Razorpay and resolve it within 7 business days.
8. Batch Deferral as an Alternative to Cancellation
If you do not want to cancel outright but cannot continue with your current cohort, you may request a one-time batch deferral instead. This moves you to a later cohort without ending your enrolment.
Conditions:
Only one deferral is allowed per enrolment
You can defer to any cohort starting within 3 months of your original cohort start date
You must not have completed more than 20% of the program at the time of the request
Deferral is subject to seat availability in the future cohort
No refund is issued on deferral, only a transfer of enrolment
To request a deferral, email hi@uxanudeep.com with the subject line "Deferral Request – [Your Full Name] – [Program Name]".
9. EMI and Instalment Plans
Refund eligibility is determined on the full course fee, not just the instalments paid so far. If your cancellation is eligible for a refund, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting applicable processing charges, GST as per law, and the fair market value of any redeemed bonus.
Your EMI schedule with Razorpay or the lending partner continues until the refund is fully processed. You are responsible for any EMI that falls due before the refund is processed.
10. What Is Never Refundable
Even when a cancellation is processed, the following are never refundable:
Fees paid for a completed program
Taxes (GST), transaction fees, and payment gateway charges already remitted
Early-bird, scholarship, or promotional fees marked as non-refundable at enrolment
Add-on purchases or pay-per-use services once delivered
11. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at hi@uxanudeep.com first. We will do our best to resolve it quickly and fairly.
Raising a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank without first contacting us may result in suspension of your account and program access, forfeiture of bonuses, and legal action. We keep detailed records of enrolment, content access, and session attendance, and we share these with Razorpay and your bank during any dispute investigation.
