When you sign up, enquire, enrol, or contact us: name, email address, phone number (including WhatsApp), billing address, professional background (role, company, experience, portfolio links), responses in application and feedback forms, and content you post in community spaces or assignment submissions.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit our website: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, approximate location (from IP), pages visited, links clicked, time on page, referring website or ad, and cookies and similar tracking technologies.
2.3 Information from third parties
If you sign in via Google or LinkedIn, we may receive basic profile information with your permission. If referred by an existing learner, we may receive your contact details to invite you to a program.

• Confirm your enrolment and deliver the program you paid for
• Send login details, schedules, reminders, recordings, and operational emails
• Provide customer support and answer queries

• Send marketing communications about new cohorts, workshops, and resources (opt-out available at any time)

If we become aware of a breach affecting you, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board of India as required under DPDP Act 2023.
8. How Long We Keep Your Data
• Enrolment and payment records: at least 8 years (tax and regulatory requirements)
• Marketing subscriber data: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it
• Community posts and assignment submissions: for the program duration plus a reasonable period after
• Support emails: up to 3 years for quality and audit purposes
9. Your Rights
Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to access, correct, and erase your personal data; withdraw consent; nominate someone to exercise your rights; and raise a grievance. To exercise any right, email hi@uxanudeep.com with subject "Data Rights Request". We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our programs are intended for adults aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has shared data with us without parental consent, please write to the Grievance Officer and we will delete it promptly.
