Shipping & Exchange
UX Gym by UX Anudeep, operated by SKANUVI EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED, offers digital education services. This page explains how delivery works for everything we sell, and what happens in the rare case we ship something physical.
1. All Our Programs Are Digital
Every program we sell on uxanudeep.com is delivered entirely online. Nothing physical is shipped as part of a standard enrolment. That includes:
• Ignite cohort
• Blaze cohort
• Workshops and masterclasses
• Digital guides, templates, and resources
Because there are no physical goods, our services are not subject to any shipping charges, customs duties, or delivery timelines in the traditional sense.
2. How Digital Delivery Works
Once your payment is successfully confirmed by Razorpay:
• You will receive a payment confirmation email within a few minutes
• You will receive a welcome email with enrolment details, login instructions, schedule, and onboarding steps, usually within 1 business day
• If your program has a scheduled start date (such as a cohort), access to the learning platform and community will be enabled on or before the official start date
• If your program is self-paced (where applicable), access to content will be enabled immediately or within 1 business day
If you do not receive the welcome email within 1 business day of payment, check your spam and promotions folders. If still missing, write to hi@uxanudeep.com with your Razorpay transaction ID.
3. Access Duration
Access duration depends on the program you have enrolled in and is specified on the program page at the time of enrolment. Unless otherwise specified:
• Cohort programs: live access during the cohort schedule, plus recording access for a specified period after the cohort ends
• Self-paced programs or digital downloads: as specified on the respective program page
We do not guarantee lifetime access to any program unless it is explicitly marketed as "lifetime access" at the time of enrolment.
4. Physical Items
We do not currently ship any physical items as part of our programs. Completion certificates, if issued, are delivered digitally as PDFs. We do not send printed welcome kits, books, or merchandise.
If this changes in the future, we will update this policy and notify enrolled learners.
5. Digital Content Is Not Returnable
Since our programs are digital and provide immediate or scheduled access to proprietary content, bonus resources, and live sessions, they are not returnable or exchangeable once delivered. Refunds, where applicable, are governed entirely by our separate Cancellation and Refund Policy at /cancellation-and-refund.
6. Failed or Pending Deliveries
If a digital delivery is delayed or failing on our end (such as an LMS outage or a live session rescheduling), we will communicate promptly over email and, where possible, WhatsApp. In such cases:
• We will reschedule the affected session or reopen access as soon as the issue is resolved
• No separate compensation is offered for brief delays caused by technical issues on our side or our service providers' side
• For prolonged outages (more than 7 calendar days affecting your enrolment), write to us and we will work out a fair resolution

If you have paid and not yet received access, please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank. We respond quickly and will get your access sorted.
