By creating an account, enrolling in a program, or using any part of this website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act 2000.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to enrol in any paid program. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older and that all details you provide are accurate and complete. If enrolling on behalf of a company or team, you confirm you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Our Programs
UX Gym currently offers two cohort-based programs: Ignite (an entry-level UX mentorship program) and Blaze (an advanced program for designers moving toward senior and lead roles). We may also offer workshops, guides, challenges, and free resources from time to time. Each paid program has its own landing page with full details. Those program-specific details, these Terms, and our Refund and Privacy policies together form the complete agreement between you and us.
4. Account Registration
To access paid programs, you must create an account or enrol through our payment partner. You agree to provide accurate and current information, keep your login credentials confidential, not share your account or program access with any other person, and inform us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use. Account sharing is a serious breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that are accessed by multiple people, or involved in screen recording, piracy, or redistribution of our content.
5. Enrolment and Fees
Fees are displayed on program pages and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed through Razorpay. Enrolment is confirmed only after payment is received in full (or on completion of an instalment agreement for EMI plans). We reserve the right to change program fees at any time; changes will not affect confirmed enrolments.
6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy at /cancellation-and-refund. Please read it carefully before enrolling. By enrolling, you agree to those terms.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
All content on the website and inside our programs — including videos, slides, worksheets, templates, scripts, frameworks, recordings, and written lessons — is owned by SKANUVI EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or licensed to us. When you enrol, we grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable licence to access and use content for your own learning. You may not download, record, screen-capture, or re-upload any content; share access with any other person; use our content to build or sell competing programs; or remove any copyright or credit information. "UX Gym", "UX Anudeep", and associated marks are trademarks of SKANUVI EDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED and may not be used without our prior written consent.
When you post in community spaces, submit assignments, or participate in live calls, you confirm you own or have the right to share that content, and that it does not violate any law or anyone's rights. You grant UX Gym a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display your content for the purpose of operating and improving our programs, including anonymised use in testimonials and marketing, unless you opt out in writing. We may remove any content and suspend any account that breaches community guidelines.
9. Acceptable Use
When using our website and programs, you agree not to break any law; upload viruses or harmful code; attempt unauthorised access to our systems; scrape or harvest our content by automated means; impersonate any learner, instructor, or UX Gym representative; harass or threaten any community member; or use our platforms to promote competing programs or poach our learners for commercial purposes.
10. Certificates
On successful completion, you may receive a digital completion certificate. Certificates are records of completion only and are not equivalent to a university degree or government-recognised qualification. Eligibility is based on attendance, assignments, and any other criteria specified on the program page.
11. Disclaimers
UX Gym is an education and mentorship brand. We do not guarantee any particular career outcome, salary, job offer, freelance income, portfolio result, or business success. Results depend on your effort, circumstances, and factors outside our control. Testimonials and learner stories reflect individual experiences and are not promises of results for others. The website and programs are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranty of any kind.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific program in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of income, opportunity, data, or goodwill.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our programs will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Before any legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution for at least 30 days from the date of written notice.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act 2000 and rules made under it, you may contact our Grievance Officer for any complaint related to these Terms or our services.
